Scripture Art

I started messing around with the medium combination of ink pen and watercolor paint over the last year.  I began a series of Scripture and Art as a personal way of memorizing different verses, and it grew and grew.  I have displayed only three pieces from my Scripture Art series here, just to give you a small taste of the whole.  And, no, I did not choose my personal favorites to display either.  I find that pieces I'm particularly partial to are not necessarily what everyone is partial to.  And the pieces I dislike the most tend to be the pieces others admire the most.  Its a paradox, but that's art, I suppose.

Also, available in my shop are more Ink and Watercolor pieces.  I did a series of European Landmarks that I'm particularly fond of that use the Ink and Watercolor medium.

I hope to expand this medium more over the next few years.  As a full-time mom, artwork and the time I devote to it has become a precious commodity and luxury that I don't take for granted.  But I wouldn't trade my first role as a mom for all the paintings in the world.  For now, I ask that you enjoy with me the pieces that I have in completion.  I have more in my portfolio that I hope to make available for purchase soon.
